Trapeze once served as the incubator for future members of Deep Purple, Judas Priest and Whitesnake; but don't let the legacy and all the long hair fool you -- their music is mellow, flowery, somewhat sun-dazed. Apart from the convincingly rocking "Medusa," most of their material is easygoing Lite Rock with folk overtones. Sort of what Yes would sound like if they'd said "no" to keyboards.
