Review Bowie's first hard-rocking effort, released in 1970. The tough, guitar-centric sound comes courtesy of then-new band mate Mick Ronson. The Man Who Sold the World was the first in a long line of gazillion-selling records for David Bowie. For the next five years, he and Ronson would record some of the best rock music on the planet.
