Washington D.C. (by way of Olympia, Wash.) Lois Maffeo employs an A-list of Indie Rockers to back her sparse, sensitive songs. Elliott Smith, Calvin Johnson, and members of Low, Fugazi, Dub Narcotic, Tiger Trap, and Yo La Tengo all lend a hand to Lois' simple concoction of Maffeo's pleasant voice and poetic love lyrics.
