Saliva dropped their debut in 1997, when they were a scratchy-sounding metal band with a penchant for an infectious chorus. Not much has changed since then, only now they don't sound quite so scratchy. They've forsaken some of their early heaviness and instead added bits of hip-hop syncopation and post-Nine Inch Nails industrial doom. The group's break came when "Your Disease" was included on the Dracula 2000 soundtrack.
