This band formed in the late '60s, gaining local and cult success with their 1967, jangly British-invasion-style song "It's Cold Outside." The band reformed in the late '80s and rather than trying to relive their '60s sound, they forged ahead with solid, well-crafted alternative pop, in line with R.E.M.
