The Candyskins combine self-effacing, shy-guy Twee Pop with noisy conniptions of Grunge fury. While the singer is busy switching roles between Kurt Cobain and Pee Wee Herman, the band is struggling with its own identity crisis -- trying to decide whether they want to stick to the melodies or hide behind a wall of white noise.
