A singer/producer/actor, Marques Houston first came to fame as a 10-year-old member of R&B boy band Immature (later known as IMX) in the 1990s. After several successful albums with the group, he went solo in 2003, releasing an album called MH. A collection of party jams and booty call ballads, the LP also featured collaborations with R. Kelly and Jermaine Dupri. In addition to establishing himself as a solo artist, he also produces tracks (for Destiny's Child, B2K, etc.) as a member of Platinum Status. When not in the studio, Marques might be found on a soundstage; he frequently appeared on the TV show Sister, Sister.
