| Brian Russell was born in Falkirk, Scotland, the son of the Reverend Henry Russell.
He is six foot four.
He moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, ca. 1960.
During 1968 and 1969, he was a featured performer on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's Good Company, and a regular part of the Ray Stevens Show Singers.
He was also a regular on the CBC show The Music Machine.
Along the way, he met , to whom he was married, and with whom he formed the duo .
Both Brian and Brenda were in , before moving to Los Angeles in 1973, later signing with 's .
After their divorce, Brenda kept the name Russell and went on to a successful solo career.
Brian later re-married to actress Cheryl Ladd, known for her role in the TV series Charlie's Angels. |
