I follow a goldmine type standard. I generally under-grade items, so they will be better than expected.

Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail:
If sent standard mail, there is no insurance. For higher price ityems they will be sent tracked & insured.
If the order is damaged in transit: same as above.
