Grading

I sell mainly new stuff on internet in order to avoid confusions about gradings. The gradings for used items are:
m = new item
m- = like new
vg++ = used but still in great condition
vg+ = looks pretty used or has other dammages wich are mentioned detailed

Return Policy

How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up? Postal search order is possible after 21 days for insured parcels. The post will refund the value if the parcel is prooved to be lost. All Parcels with more weight than 500 gr. are insured.
For not signed parcels (unter 500 gr only) it depends on the situation,
resend goods if possible or money back.
How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit? Send replacement or if not possible send the money back.
How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return? Change the items.
How will you deal with returns if the seller makes an error ?
