Mint Condition Vinyl
Please bear in mind that mint condition according to the Discogs grading system does not necessarily mean sealed - most of our mint condition vinyl are removed from the sleeve for security reasons due to selling from a store. All our mint new vinyl records are unplayed.
If you require sealed records please get in touch before placing an order.

Trading
We can only offer trades on our products in-store. We do not offer any discounts or deals on our online inventory.

Orders and Payments
All PayPal payments need to be made with an account using the same shipping details that you provided through Discogs.
If you require the order to be shipped to another address, please contact us as soon as the order has been made either in the notes or dialog boxes under the order.
Please do not order if you do not use Paypal or are having problems with your account - we do not accept bank transfers or over the phone payments.

Invoice sent orders
If you have not paid for your order within 7 days, we will cancel it and negative feedback will automatically be given.

Shipping
We aim to process and post out our orders within 3-5 working days. We do not post out orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Our shipping rates are based on weight and size. For any enquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns
Please contact us if you wish to return an item to us.
In the case of incorrect grading, listing or if the product is defective, we will cover return shipping and full refund of the item price and original shipping costs. We will send you money immediately for the return shipping, and process the full refund once we receive the item back to us in the same condition as we sent it.
If the item was correctly listed, but you want to return it for another reason, you can return it to us. On receipt of the item back in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you for the cost of the item only, NOT including original shipping costs or return shipping costs.
If an order has been returned to us by Royal Mail or courier services as 'not called for', the buyer failed to collect it from the post office or the buyer was not present upon delivery, then the buyer is responsible for paying for the re-shipping of the order. We do no cover re-shipping costs in these circumstances. We will contact you to let you know that the order has been returned to us and you will have 7 days to respond if you would like it to be re-shipped. If we don’t receive a response after 7 days, we will refund the order for the cost of the item.
