Conditions and Grading

All items are graded: Sleeve Condition/Vinyl/CD condition as follows
MINT - Perfect or near perfect condition
EX - Maybe played a few times, but no noticeable marks or scratches.
VERY GOOD - some visible wear - may have some surface noise.
GOOD - Significant Wear - expect some clicks/noise. Sleeve may be torn.
FAIR - Means Bad really!! Probably sounds like a fried breakfast.
POOR - Don't expect to be able to play the item. Might make a good frisbee.

In the case of incorrect grading, listing or if the product is defective, we will cover return shipping and full refund of the item price and original shipping costs. We will send you money immediately for the return shipping, and process the full refund once we receive the item back to us in the same condition as we sent it. If the item was correctly listed, but you want to return it for another reason, you can return it to us. On receipt of the item back in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you for the cost of the item only, NOT including original shipping costs or return shipping costs. If an order has been returned to us by Royal Mail or courier services as 'not called for', the buyer failed to collect it from the post office or the buyer was not present upon delivery, then the buyer is responsible for paying for the re-shipping of the order. We do no cover re-shipping costs in these circumstances. We will contact you to let you know that the order has been returned to us and you will have 7 days to respond if you would like it to be re-shipped.
