Conditions and Grading

S/S Still Sealed: Unopened in original shrink. Any damage to shrink will be noted.
M Mint: Is anything perfect? We do not use this grade.
M- Mint minus: Our highest grade, reserved for discs that look new.
VG++ Very good plus plus: Records with the slightest amount of visual wear and that should play without distraction.
VG+ Very good plus: Records will show use but any marks will be superficial. Disc may have minor surface noise, especially in quiet passages.
VG Very good: Average played record will have numerous scuffs and light scratches and groove wear. Will still play well but surface noise will be more noticeable.
VG- Very good minus: Myriad of scuffs and scratches, some deep. A worn record that will play through with distraction.
G Good: Beat. May play through but not enjoyably. Only rare records would be listed in this condition.
P Poor: Unplayable wall hanger. We would only consider offering an exceptionally rare disc in this condition.
N/A Not available. Mostly used for the sleeve grade on 45's that do not have picture sleeves. N/A in the record grade is usually only used if we are offering a picture sleeve that has no record.
Any issues with labels will be noted in the description such as writing, tears, stickers, etc.
Likewise any issues with picture sleeves or album covers will be noted.

Shipping Costs We will do our best but cannot guarantee to ship within 1 business day of payment (excluding weekends and United States Holidays). Unforseen emergencies and severe weather are examples that may delay shipment by an extra day or two. Rarely do we go past one day. Records are shipped in mailers with cardboard padding to insure safe transit. Once in the hands of the Postal service we have no control over handling or time to deliver. All domestic orders will have a tracking number as will overseas if that service is available to your country. All overseas customers: You are responsible for any and all tariffs, duty, customs or any other fees or charges levied. It is your responsibility to know what if any impact this will have before placing your order. US 45's- First Class insured $4.45, .50 each additional US 45's- Priority Mail insured $9.75 1st, 1.00 each additional Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Mexico, South America, Japan etc.) 45's- First Class International $19.50 1st 2 records or up to 8 ounces, including packaging. Over 8 ounces $25.50 and up. Canada 45's- $15.501st, $2.00 each additional US LP's- Media Mail $4.75 1st, .75 each additional US LP's- Media Mail Insured $5.95 1st, $1.00 each additional US LP's- Priority Mail $13.50 1st, $1.75 each additional Us LP's- Priority Mail Insured $16.50 1st, $2.50 each additional Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Mexico, South America, Japan Etc.) LP's- $26.00 1st, $5.50 each additional Canada LP's- $25.50 1st, $3.00 each additional CD's, Sheet Music, Etc. will be quoted at time of order.

Return Policy

If the order is lost in the mail: we will file an insurance claim with the carrier
If the order is damaged in transit: we will file an insurance claim with the carrier
If you ordered the wrong item: we will refund 100% upon return of item in the condition and packed as sent, excluding shipping
If we made an error with your order: we will correct/refund for incorrect product at our expense, including shipping upon return of product.
Return shipping will be paid by: buyer, unless we sent wrong item.
