VINYL GRADING SS : Still Sealed M-: Mint Minus : Record is not sealed but is new or played once. Please note that we do not use this grade for records that are used to our knowledge, even if flawless. EX+: Excellent Plus : This category is for used records that are flawless and like new. Covers of this grade are like new. EX : Excellent : Record might have clear surface or might have some small marks (paper scuffs or other marks) that are not audible. In this category and a step down we also use EX- : Excellent Minus: Record has marks (paper scuffs or finger marks) that do not affect the sound quality or produce very little (almost insignificant) lessening to it. Covers of this grade are near Excellent but with a small defect (sometimes barely detectable). VG+: Very Good Plus : Record is slightly mishandled and displays generally light signs of handling and playing with a relatively small change in sound quality. Some crackling is acceptable for this grade. VG++ and VG+++ are intermediate grades between Excellent and Very Good Plus. Cover shows some wear (ringwear or seam split or a small sticker damage) but the whole is descent. VG : Very Good : Record is mishandled and has more imperfections than the above grading. It may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not louder than the music being listened to. Cover has normal wear and tear. G: Good : Record is very mishandled and might have continuous low level crackles, pops, etc., but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. Cover has more than normal wear and tear. Please note that we will try to describe in item description unusual defects like writing, stamps etc. If you feel though you want a more detailed description than the one given, please contact us. CD Grading M-: Mint Minus: Cd is new or played once and looks like new. EX: Excellent : CD is pretty close to new condition. Inserts also. In this category and a step down we also use EX- : Excellent Minus: Cd has small visual defect (maybe small scuff). VG+: Very Good Plus : CDs of this grade show scuffs that do not affect play. Inserts are descent but have some kind of defect. VG++ and VG+++ are intermediate grades between Excellent and Very Good Plus. VG: Very Good: CD shows many scuffs and/or wear. We usually test those cds for playback problems. Inserts have visible damage which is usually described in description. Please note that we do not grade replacable plastic cases so they might have some wear or be like new. Broken or heavily damaged cases are replaced with new ones.

Shipping Costs
Buyer pays shipping. We offer registered mail (that provides tracking number).
Double records count as two regarding shipping charges, triple as three etc. For more than one cd, please inquire for postage.
We can only ship to a paypal address. For this any paypal payment needs to include correct and verified shipping address and receiver's name or we reserve the right to refund deducting any paypal refund fee (that is 4 to 7% of payment). If there is any difference between address listed on musicstack and paypal address, item(s) will have to be shipped to paypal address. If a paypal payment needs to be refunded without being our responsibility, the refund fee that is charged by paypal will be deducted from the refunded payment.
The numbers of items that each package can include, are indicative but not 100% precise. There are items that are extra heavy (example: 60s gatefold us pressings or reissues of labels such as Shadoks, Akarma etc). These items sometimes need extra postage. If your order includes heavy items, we will inform you about extra postage. If you do not agree with extra postage then the order will have to be cancelled.
For shipments to Brazil and Canada there is a big possibility for uncontrollable and big delay for delivery. If you want us to ship to any of these countries, please have in mind that we cannot accept responsibility for delay or damage.
We cannot be held responsible for postal damages like creased cover corners. Lps are sent in cardboard and not metallic packages. If this is not ok for you, please do not buy.
About cds, we do not grade replaceable jewel cases.
Finally we will only send a package to a full and real name. We will not send to small names, nicknames, initials or anything else than a real full name.

Seller Information
Shipping Policies We only use registered airmail Please have in mind that the shipping costs include the significant tax and the fees that we have to pay for each transaction. The tax and the fees are added to the net postage cost. For further info about the tax and the fees, please contact us. The shipping costs are valid for packages up to 2 kilos (packages up to 2 kilos are posted through letter shipping). A package up to 2 kilos can hold 7-8 records max. If records ordered + packing material is over 2 kilos, package must be shipped through parcel shipping. In this case you will be contacted and asked to pay for parcel shipping cost. If an item + packaging is heavier than postage indicated by the customer and the postage cost exceeds the marked method, you will be notified by email for the extra postage. If you refuse to cover it, the order will have to be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order that postage needed is more expensive than product(s) price.
