Conditions and Grading

Please note we use an International Grading Standard. All our items are visually and accurately graded. Feel free to ask more specific questions, we are only happy to help. As alot of items are displayed in store, some may be shop soiled and if the grading has varied you will be notified. If we have multiple copies of items it is our policy to ship the 'best' copy.
Please note that the cover/sleeve is graded first and record second.
We are all collectors here and prefer not to buy and sell poor condition records unless it's something outrageously rare.

Shipping Costs We use Australia Post as our mail handler. They are the cheapest option available. We prefer to ship via air mail which includes tracking, however economy air mail has been reintroduced, it does not come with tracking and may take up to 8 weeks to deliver. We charge the exact post office rates and a $3 charge for packaging. if you want any of these extra services please make a note in the Notes section and we will add it to your order. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted upon mutual agreement that the item does not meet the criteria as stipulated in the offer.
Refund will be completed upon the return receipt of the item and that we are satified that the item returned is the said item that is to be refunded in full.

Seller Information

Most weeks we ship 3 times a week, the only time this does not occur is when the weather is too hot and parcels can be damaged in transit. We cater for all our customer needs and only ship upon the receipt of payment for all items. Trades are welcome.
