How does this service work?
The seller will ship the LP Box Set to the digital conversion center in Arizona, USA where it will be format shifted onto a recordable CD directly from the LP Box Set only for your ears. The LP Box Set and the recordable CD will then be mailed to you. The digital conversion center will not retain any copies of the item.

Grading based on Goldmine Standards but expanded to the 10 Point Number grading system for more accuracy for Cover (Record Jacket) and Record (Vinyl/Wax) condition. Condition of Cover (Record Jacket) reported first then Record (Vinyl/Wax) reported second ( example: Cover/Record = Cvr 7/9 Rec means that the Cover is in Very Good(7) Condition / the Record is in Near Mint(9) Condition ). Very strict, very conservative with grading system. VISUALLY GRADED unless Item states PLAY GRADED in the Description. CASSETTES and CDs: As a general rule, Cassettes and CDs should play perfectly, in which case they are in Like New, New or Mint condition. Cassette tape can deteriorate with age and other factors, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying unsealed, used old tapes. CDs are difficult to grade visually, they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. Generally, the plastic cases for Cassettes and CDs can easily be replaced if they are broken, cracked or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves.

SS = STILL SEALED (Original FACTORY SEAL/ Shrinkwrap or other seal)
10 = M: MINT (Means Original Unopened Factory Still Sealed / Never Opened, Never Unsealed and Never Played. Media is assumed to be Undamaged, as NEW or MINT)
9 = NM: NEAR MINT (Open, possibly only one or two visible, very minor signs of use, play, wear, light scuffs or hairline marks. Looks Almost New. A nearly perfect record. Many dealers won't give a grade higher than this implying (perhaps correctly) that no record is ever truly perfect. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. A 45 RPM or EP sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. An LP cover should have NO creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable similar defects. No cut-out holes or deletion marks, either. And of course, the same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves and the like. Basically, an LP in Near Mint condition looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. Near Mint is the highest price listed in all Goldmine price guides. Anything that exceeds this grade, in the opinion of both buyer and seller, is worth significantly more than the highest Goldmine book value.)
8 = VG++ or EX: Very Good Plus Plus or Excellent is Better than VG but below NM (Slighty more visible, minor signs of use, play, wear, light scuffs or hairline marks. A Very Good Plus Plus or Excellent record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The labels may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. The center hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play. Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print. In general, if not for a couple of things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint. All but the most mint-crazy collectors will find a Very Good Plus to Very Good Plus Plus/ Excellent record highly acceptable.)

7 = VG: Very Good (more multiple visible signs of use, play, wear, light scuffs or hairline marks, some light ringwear on cover but still nice, no abuse. Many of the defects found in a VG+ or VG++ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them. Goldmine price guides with more than one price will list Very Good as the lowest price.)
7- to 6 = VG- to G++: Very Good- to Good++ is Better than G but below VG (many more multiple visible signs of use, play, wear light scuffs or hairline marks, as with light to medium scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Ringwear but not enough to totally deface the cover art work, some seam splitting and or corner bends, etc., but still not abused.)
5 = G: Good (played often, signs of more than regular use, wear, many multiple hairline scratches, as with light to medium scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Borders on abuse but will probably play through with noise from the multiple issues, hand written names/words and or stickers on labels and covers, some heavier ringwear but not enough to totally deface the cover art work, some seam splitting and or corner bends, etc., borders on abuse. Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear (on a styrene record, the groove will be starting to turn white). A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object. If it's a common item, you'll probably find another copy in better shape eventually. But, if it's something you have been seeking for years, and the price is right, get it...but keep looking to upgrade.)
4 = F++: Fair++ is Better than F but below G (a combination of high play, use, wear, many more multiple scratches, somewhat abused and may not play through with noise and or skipping from the multiple issues, hand written names/words and or stickers on labels and covers, much heavier ringwear but not enough to totally deface the cover art work, some major seam splitting and or corner bends, etc., somewhat abused)
3 = F: Fair (over played, multiple scratches, wear, seam splits, etc., etc., abused but might play with Luck)
2 = P++ is Better than P but below F (Trashed, major problems, badly abused. The record is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. The LP cover barely keeps the LP inside it. Inner sleeves are fully seam split, crinkled, and written upon. Except for impossibly rare records otherwise unattainable, records in this condition should be bought or sold for no more than a few cents each.) 1 = P: Poor (Put in the trash or use as frisbie or an art project.)
