Conditions and Grading

Mint Item is in original condition, sealed if it was originally sealed.
Near Mint (NM) Item is not sealed, but is in original (new) condition.
Near Mint Minus (NM-) Close to original (new) but may have up to 2 minor flaws.
Excellent Plus (EXC+) In exceptional condition, with a few minor flaws. Still plays excellently.
Excellent (EXC) As above but cover may have small creases/wear,record may have some minor pops/crackles.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Shows usual signs of wear and age, but performs adequately.
Very Good (VG) Obvious wear and tear. Performs Ok but with some skips or crackles.
Good (Good) Shows lots of wear and tear. Very few of our records will be in this category.

Shipping Costs 1 LP shipped regular air mail to USA $A 13.50 to $A18.75. 1 LP shipped regular air mail to most of Europe $A 16.50 to $A23.25. 1 LP shipped regular air mail to Japan $A11.50 to $A15.75. Postage is based on weight. Whatever Australia Post charges is what we charge.

Return Policy

Returns Policy - If it's our fault we will fix it at no cost to customer. We endeavour to describe record and sleeve conditions as accurately as possible. If you are unsure, or want a precise description, simply email us and ask before you place your order.
We will NOT accept returns if the record is as described/graded. You must take some responsibility for reading the description and grading policy and accepting that these are vinyl and may have minor faults.
Insurance is available to most destinations and is an option you should consider. We will assist in tracing any lost or damaged items, but unless they are insured it is at the buyers risk.
We will happily exchange items, but buyer will be responsible for postage costs.
