How do I have a sale on MusicStack?

You can simply upload your inventory and select a percentage off in the 'Add this percent to each of my items' box and your prices will be discounted after uploading.

As far as announcing that you are having a sale, this will not be possible unless you change your logo to say you are having a sale. But no one will see this logo/banner unless they click on your item(s) and then if they do people might think they are getting additional money off the already discounted price which might cause additional confusion. So for this reason it isn't recommended that you change your logo.

We don't advertise sales of sellers for a few reasons.

1) We want items to always be shown with the lowest price - sale or not.

2) If we advertised sales for sellers every seller would be having a sale all the time and it would add a lot of noise to the system.

3) Sales would become meaningless since some sellers would raise their by X%, only to have a X% off sale which is meaningless.

The system is set up to list items based on price - lowest to highest. If you are indeed having a sale, and there is a bargain to be had by shopping with you, your item(s) will show up on top of the listings and people will take note.
